Fantastic location near night Market and temple. Night view room is worth it (overlooking drum tower). Room was clean and had great features. Ac and light controls were in english, helpful for me. Check in and check out we're a bit messy/hectic since there was no visible way to queue and people rushed the desk. Staff were helping multiple guests at same time taking IDs from anyone that offered. Also when we asked staff how far train station was they neglected to tell us there were two train stations. Fortunately, our didi driver clarified.

It is very close to the Drum Tower. It is more convenient to go downstairs to eat and drink. However, the hotel room facilities are average and the projector will suddenly stop running. When I started watching it at night, there was no problem. Later, the child took off the room card and turned on the projector again and it showed that it stopped running. I don’t know how I can watch it again after adjusting it for a long time. After shutting it down normally before going to bed, I can’t watch it when I turn it on in the morning. No matter how I adjust it, it always shows that it has stopped running. Although half of the window is a wall, the wall is at least 1.8 meters high, with insufficient light and ventilation. The bathroom is also extremely small, and there is obvious scale on the sink faucet and bathroom faucet. If it weren't for the holidays, the price of this room would be around two hundred...

Superb services. The receptionist are very friendly and answers to my questions very promptly. The rooms are clean and quite modern, central heating was just nice. The water heaters are great, they have dry and wet bathrooms as well. The housekeepers will ask you if you need any anything since we don’t really like housekeeping. The breakfasts were standard. Location is good, quite near walking distances to various attractions. We had an enjoyable stay there.

Although there are many rooms on both sides of the long corridor, the aisle is covered with thick carpets, and it feels as if the whole building is quiet as if we are the only ones. The toiletries are all branded, and they are packaged in small bags that can be taken away. In addition to the slippers in the bedroom, the shoes used in the bathroom are sterilized and sealed, which is very safe to use. The bedding is comfortable and very relaxing and decompressing. The hotel must be booked in advance. We booked one night with the intention of trying it out, but we had to move out on the weekends for the next two days. We were very upset. No breakfast experience. Pay a little attention to the name. It is more than two kilometers away from Qingyuan. It is near the new campus of Heda University, not the old Heda Food Street. The only drawback is that it is recommended to add a dressing mirror and a memory pillow.

I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.

If you are going to stay in Kaifeng, stay here! This was one of our best hotel experiences in China. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was fantastic, and we got a great night’s sleep. We weren’t able to turn off the heat, but that might have been our issue. Also didn’t see any room service options, but again, that might have been our lack of mandarin. We will definitely stay here again!
