The hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. I recommend everyone to experience it (>_<)

My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. When they saw us get off the car, the proprietress and the girls at the front desk enthusiastically arranged and helped with the luggage. At the same time, a cup of hot tea was handed to us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

Environment: The park is very large, with a lot of green plants. The temperature dropped during the days we went there, so there were no mosquitoes and the air was fresh and cool. Facilities: After all, it has been built for a long time, and some facilities are a bit old, such as the curtain switch is not particularly sensitive, etc., but generally speaking, the maintenance is OK, and there are all the necessary conversion plugs. Service: The service of the concierge, front desk and guest room is very good, warm and thoughtful. The park has specially prepared a scooter for guests, which can take us to various doors of the hotel. It is very convenient to walk 1 km out of the park to Wansui Mountain and Qingming Shanghe Park. The breakfast is very rich, but there is a little brother with glasses who is responsible for frying eggs. Maybe because I and another little sister talked to him before and after, he felt a little distracted. He took the tableware I took and served porridge to the little sister. The little sister wanted to remind him, and he cutely asked if he wanted a second bowl. As a result, the little sister and I were embarrassed on the spot. Later, the little sister gave me the useless bowl to resolve it. The key is that there were only two people in front of the little brother at that time. Everything is good. Next time I come to Kaifeng, I will choose Pullman.

This hotel is very new, with high-end decoration style, wide lobby with comfortable sofas, and a very large elevator entrance space that is amazing. The service fully meets the four-star standard. From getting off the taxi, the doorman helped to take the suitcase, to the waiter personally delivering the room after checking in, giving a tourist map, and sending the location of recommended food stores on WeChat, it is meticulous. A scroll of Qingming Shanghe Tu was also given as a souvenir. The room is super quiet, and the doors and windows are soundproof and textured. Although there are many rooms on both sides of the long corridor, the aisle is covered with thick carpets, and it feels as if the whole building is quiet as if we are the only ones. The toiletries are all branded, and they are packaged in small bags that can be taken away. In addition to the slippers in the bedroom, the shoes used in the bathroom are sterilized and sealed, which is very safe to use. The bedding is comfortable and very relaxing and decompressing. The hotel must be booked in advance. We booked one night with the intention of trying it out, but we had to move out on the weekends for the next two days. We were very upset. No breakfast experience. Pay a little attention to the name. It is more than two kilometers away from Qingyuan. It is near the new campus of Heda University, not the old Heda Food Street. The only drawback is that it is recommended to add a dressing mirror and a memory pillow.

I had a very nice 4 nights stay in the hotel. The position is not central in the city but it’s very well connected with bus transports and it’s easy to get to the center quickly. At the hoteI was always able to find some personnel that could speak English, which is very important to me, being a foreigner. The room, including the bathroom, was always clean, the furniture nice, the food good, I especially appreciated the breakfast with a lot of choice, both sweet and not. I didn’t take advantage of everything the hotel had to offer because of lack of time since I came to attend a conference, but I’m over all very satisfied with my stay.

If you are going to stay in Kaifeng, stay here! This was one of our best hotel experiences in China. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was fantastic, and we got a great night’s sleep. We weren’t able to turn off the heat, but that might have been our issue. Also didn’t see any room service options, but again, that might have been our lack of mandarin. We will definitely stay here again!

The facilities are complete and the laundry room on the third floor is great. The waiter was very welcoming. There is a Xinjiang restaurant next door. I found that a new Atour was opened. The location was very close to the North Station. It took less than 10 minutes to take a taxi. There was Wanda Plaza nearby, there was Kaifeng Museum, Kaifeng West Lake, and it was very convenient to come out and go around. The room is quiet as a whole, the room is very quiet and there is no smell, the lobby is large, the bamboo house is also very large, pouring a cup of tea in the bamboo house is very comfortable. The service staff is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to provide tea and bottled water, and will greet you when you enter and exit. The TV in the room is large and convenient to operate. You can also cast screens. The gym has 5 large fitness facilities. It is enough for people who like fitness.
