It's a great hotel, very close to Milenio Park and the Kung Fu Park, just 450 meters away. It has an incredible location, but there's something even more surprising: the service and quality of the rooms, their cleanliness, and the comfort of the beds. There's a gym, laundry facilities, a restaurant, and wonderful people willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel chain. Orange Hotel Bianxi Lake Branch perfectly enhanced the travel experience and is definitely the top choice for the area around Bianxi Lake. The location is absolutely fantastic. Opening the window reveals a vast view of Bianxi Lake. The moment I drew back the curtains in the morning, I was amazed by the shimmering lake surface, like a ”budget-friendly sea view,” instantly soothing after a long day. The hotel is also close to Wanda Plaza and Xinhe Night Market, making shopping and sightseeing incredibly convenient. The room is full of thoughtful details. The ”round sky, square earth” design is so considerate, and all the furniture has rounded corners, so families with children don't have to worry about bumps and bruises. The warm orange lighting is as cozy as a little sun, and paired with orange-scented shower gel, even the air feels fresher. The bedding is so soft, like sleeping on a cloud, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a quiet and restful sleep at night. The cleanliness is impeccable; every corner is spotless.

This hotel, opened late last year, boasts a fantastic environment – bright, clean, and fully equipped with smart facilities, making it super convenient for guests. The robot food delivery is quite fast, and the front desk staff are wonderful; very enthusiastic, patient, and always ready to answer any questions. It's also easy to buy local specialties around the hotel. A major plus is the excellent Wi-Fi signal and the large TV. Highly recommended!

Hotel location is good (very close to the high-speed rail station, 200 meters in front is the museum and the main road to and from Zhengzhou and Kaifeng Zhengkai Avenue). The hotel is fully equipped and very new. The setting in the lobby and guest rooms on the first floor is thoughtful and intimate. The service of the staff is also very good, making people feel at home. Self-driving parking is free. Booked family room, the room is very large and spacious, the decoration is very warm and chic, there are two beds, the bed is very wide is 1.5 meters wide. In short, if you come to Kaifeng again, you will book again.

The moment I checked in, the front desk attendant's warm smile and greeting instantly washed away all my travel fatigue. Their hospitality really touched my heart. Not only did they patiently recommend nearby night markets and lesser-known attractions, but they also gave me a hand-drawn map of Kaifeng and some snacks. The night view of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, especially when lit up, was absolutely stunning! It felt much more personal than using a phone for navigation. Plus, the hotel's bedding is custom-made, which made me feel so well cared for, even more comfortable than being at home. When checking out, the front desk attendant even gave me a small packet of Kaifeng's special chrysanthemum tea and smiled, saying, ”Next time you visit, let me know in advance, and I'll reserve a room where you can see the sunrise.” This hotel might not have luxurious decor, but its small acts of kindness transformed my trip into a truly healing experience. I will definitely be back to stay here the next time I visit this city.
