房間很大，熱水充足，爬三清山下來沖個熱水澡很解乏。

整個房間一股黴味；
所有設施都很老，非常老，十幾年前的那種老，床頭燈都是壞的；
沒有服務，酒店沒提供一次性拖鞋，座機打過去無人接，攜程上電話打過去無人接。
環境差，設施老，服務不行，不推薦入住

房間一股臭味，第一次反饋不給換房間，説沒房了，呆了半個鍾，實在太臭了受不了，再申請換房，這次同意，我訂的是2米大床房，衹能給我換小床雙人房，我心想有房也沒事，下去換卡，告知我要收被子清洗費用，第一次換房申請同意，我們就不需要在房間忍受半個鍾，導致躺了一下床，前台服務態度極差，沒有想着解決問題，一拖再拖，敷衍了事，完全不為顧客考慮，酒店臭味來源是地毯沒有曬乾，有一股黴味，餿味，呆久了身體不適，選擇酒店的朋友們建議慎重。房間號556
