Paloma backwaters had a wonderful stay with my family ! the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The resort's ambience is serene and inviting, perfect for relaxation. The scenic surroundings add to the charm, making it an ideal getaway. Kids can enjoy fishing, swimming pool and other indoor games. Highly recommend"

This is the second visit for me at paloma. The property is conveniently located near the highway and faces a lake. The lake view rooms offer uninterrupted views and a great sunset. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff is courteous and room service is good too. The food, unfortunately, was not up to the mark as per last time.

It was a delightful experience. The resort is situated in a breathtaking location, surrounded by serene backwaters offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The food at the resort was great, the restaurant menu had limited choices. They also offer a free shikara ride in the evening. The resort also provides with cab services for sightseeing or travelling.

The resort is situated near backwaters. The rooms are spacious and clean. Main attraction are the lake view from resort and infinity pool. Food was average and price was little bit high. Staffs are very helpful. They are offering 1 hour free sikhara boat ride, fishing and cycling as complimentary. Road to resort was very narrow for last 1 km. Parking have large space.

This is a beautiful resort, just the perfect ambience for a totally relaxing and pleasant staycation. The staff are helpful, and the complimentary shikara ride gives you a beautiful view of the backwaters. My son had a great time in the swimming pool. This is an ideal resort for families with young children. The food was good though the choices were limited. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and hopefully visit this place once again. Our room had a great view from the balcony and we could easily spend hours looking out at the backwaters and having a great time.
