Great help from reception staffs, super attentive services, originally booked one night but ended up staying 3 nights. Most convenient location to explore ‘diaolou’ in kaiping. Would definitely come back again

Hotel staff provided excellent services. They are courteous, and professional. Breakfasts were great and we enjoyed the food. Will stay in Changsheng Hotel again for our next trip to Chikan, Kaiping, China.

The location is convenient, there is a shuttle bus to the parking lot, and you can turn right at the exit to enter the scenic area directly, and there are no restrictions on entering and exiting at any time. From check-in to check-out, the service is as expected, and every staff member is very friendly and enthusiastic to answer questions. The room layout is comfortable, the bedding is clean and comfortable, although there are windows, but the sound insulation is very good, and I slept well all night; dry and wet separation, the toilet is also equipped with a toilet sanitary pad, which is very thoughtful. You can choose one of the two breakfasts. The buffet breakfast is in the restaurant next door, combining Chinese and Western. Although the variety is not particularly large, the product is good and replenished in time.

I stayed at Changsheng Hotel in the scenic area. The service was very good. The housekeeper contacted me two days before departure and gave me various tips and arrangements. Especially the housekeeper Xiaodong, who introduced the surrounding area and recommended food. He was very considerate and caring for the tourists. It was very warm. The room was very clean. The waiters here were super enthusiastic. The staff of the scenic area were also very patient. The things in the scenic area were not expensive and very delicious. I will go there again next time. The scenic area is so beautiful, better than Jiangnan.

The hotel we checked into on Friday morning was not crowded. Sister Xie was very friendly and introduced us to nearby delicious food and arranged shuttle buses for us to go swimming at other hotels. For breakfast, we chose morning tea, which was convenient to walk to the hotel and tasted good~ The hotel is very new, with good facilities and a baby crib. It was very quiet at night and I had a good sleep. On the way back, they also gave me handmade cookies. It was a worthwhile trip and the baby was very happy.

It was my first time to visit Chikan Ancient Town, and I immediately fell in love with Changsheng Hotel. The balcony of the room faces the park, with beautiful scenery. Guests staying in the hotel can enter and exit the park multiple times, and breakfast is included. During the stay, the shuttle bus driver, floor service staff, and especially Ms. Hu at the front desk all provided excellent service. The room was comfortable with air conditioning and fully equipped. This was a very good travel experience.
