酒店是南洋風格，早餐不錯，房間很寬，就是廁所與睡床要走一段路，廁所缺少垃圾桶，但總體還是比較滿意的。

首先事情的起因是我帶我的家人去玩，我定了兩間房雖然都是大床，但是房型不同。辦完入住手續那位女前台帶我們到房間，因為最後分配的房間隔得很遠，於是我問女前台，這兩個房號分別是什麼房間，結果女前台極其不專業的回答道“這是大床房”，我再問到那另一間呢，她依然用一種要死不活的態度回答“也是大床”。於是我的無名怒火突然上來，我説我知道都是大床，但是我訂的房型不一樣，你衹需要告訴我這兩間房哪間有陽台。這個女前台突然朝我和我的家人大吼“有陽台的在這邊”（我們也有錄視頻為證）。她這種極其不專業而且囂張的態度很快激怒了我們，於是我要求投訴她，結果她的態度真的是差到對我們瞪大了眼睛，跟我們説隨便投訴。那個囂張跋扈的神情真是可笑，請問這位女前台是沒有接受過專業培訓還是自身能力不足？自己做為服務業人員，擺不清自己的定位，用極其惡劣的態度對待客人，真的讓人不快。我也是第一次見到這樣的前台有點讓人大開眼界。奉勸一句她，放不下姿態就離開這個行業，不要軟飯硬吃，客人的錢也不是大風颳來的，我是花錢買難受嗎？有這個本事吼客人也要有本事認錯，別讓別人幫你擦屁股啊，我是真心看不起你。
