The location is good for anyone who wants to visit the central city of the town. The hotel argues that the rooms have a special design but I found the design rather depressing. The staff are friendly but the organisation of the hotel does not hold the promises. Many things suffer from the lack of attention to the details, The most positive aspect was the presence of a nice coffee maker in the rooms.

My family had an excellent stay here for 2 nights Nov 2024. Great location and walkable to the city center and the train station. Loved that there was a small grocery store across the plaza. The hotel breakfast was amazing and I looked forward to it every morning. The room was clean and felt very modern (all except for the shag carpet). The staff was very friendly and helpful (and happy to accommodate my large extended family of 14 people). The only negative was it was hard to sleep with all the noise from the street. The hotel is located on a busy part of the town, but that wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again. We had a lovely stay.

Extremely loud inside my room; I heard people vomiting, screaming, fighting, and honking horns 3 of the 6 nights I was there until about 5AM. The AC was broken. The most significant thing that I am deeply disturbed by is after I checked out, I received a call from reception regarding an item in my trash can and asked if I meant to leave it behind.They went through my TRASH!! That’s very personally violating! The staff was otherwise awesome.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt - sehr angenehmes, großes Zimmer mit allem, was man auf einer Dienstreise braucht. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr guter Service sowohl beim check-in als auch beim check-out. Rezeption geht auf Wünsche sehr gut ein.

Schönes Hotel und gut gelegen. Vor allem die Betten sind sehr bequem. Freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges, leckeres Frühstück ausser der Kaffee hat mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt. Einziger negativer Punkt ist der hohe dunkelbraune Teppichboden im ganzen Hotel, sieht leider nicht sehr sauber aus. Auch die mit Filz ausgestattete Bank im Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Wenn schon ein Teppichboden (wegen Lärmreduzierung nehme ich mal an) dann besser ein flacher Teppichboden der sich einfacher sauber halten lässt. Aber alles in einem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

So… for the amount that you pay per night it totally was not worth it. I said that it still was not even a refrigerator or microwave in the room. Great location but not The price. You are basically paying for location.
