hotel has old furniture and linen. Food quality is good. TV and channels are not upto the mark. not value for money

First night, we get very small room and room service and room accessories are not properly working
but the very next day, they upgraded our room. I recommend upgrading room services. The quality of food is very good, very hygienic and healthy. Specially filter coffee is one of my favorite. Thanks

Requested rooms not available. Poor management. Complimentary breakfast with limited qty. Lack of communications. Average food quality. Less impotance of customers. Overall my observation one time stayed customers not interested to revisit / rebook of this hotel. Etc.
