仙台で宿泊する時は、郊外型格安ホテルの「シーラックパル仙台」をよく利用します。仙台中心部のビジネスホテルと比べ、立地以外に見劣りする点はほぼ皆無だからです。クルマでの移動の場合、立地による交通の便の悪さは気にならず、圧倒的なコスパの高さが気に入っています。 今回は試しにまだ新しい、このホテルを利用してみました。ホテル側が想定している客層は、「シーラックパル仙台」と恐らく同じでしょう。価格帯はこちらの方が若干高めです。 立地は国道４号線沿いで極めて判りやすい場所にあります。周辺には倉庫や作業場が立ち並び、お店の類は何もありません。白石側に少しだけ行くとコンビニがありました。建物はまだ新しくて本当にキレイです。駐車場は建物に隣接して多数の区画が設けられていました。 接客応対は、この手のホテルの中ではかなりいい方だと思います。 ホテル敷地に支配人夫婦を住み込ませるという、このホテルチェーン独自の雇用形態ですが、一部で労使間の揉め事が生じたという報道がありました。ただ、利用客の立場からすると、競合するホテルチェーンより接客応対は良好なケースが多いように感じます。 温泉のお湯は、那須の「フロラシオン那須」からの運び湯です。成分分析表で確認しました。那須でのお湯の状態がどうか判りませんが、タンクローリーで仙台まで運ばれて使われると、循環ろ過されている事もあり、特に特徴のない状態となっていました。 浴室や脱衣所は、昨今の状況を考えると狭いです。浴室の洗い場は４ヶ所、脱衣所も脱衣カゴ６個程度しか置けないコンパクトな空間です。さらに完全に締切のため換気も良くなく、ちょっと密な空間となっています。小さい窓でもあれば良かったのですが…。客室のテレビ画面で浴室の混雑具合を確認できる仕組みですが、情報がリアルタイムで更新されている訳ではなく、ちょっとタイムラグがありました。 客室や一階の食事スペースも狭いのは、他のスーパーホテルと同じです。この辺りはそういうコンセプトで割り切っているのでしょう。ただ、前述した「シーラックパル仙台」の客室は、遥かにゆったりとした空間です。 朝食バイキングの内容は、売りにしているらしい牛タンカレー以外、可も無し不可も無しといった内容でした。「シーラックパル仙台」も朝食でカレーがあり、牛タンではなく普通の豚肉カレーでしたが、味はシーラックの方が多少美味しかったように感じました。 とはいえ、オール込で六千円台前半の価格だと、あまり過大な要望は禁物です。こんなものかもしれないです。しかし、前述の「シーラックパル仙台」と比較してしまうと、現状ではこのホテル、多少分が悪いように感じた次第です。

The main building is spectacular with the glass windows in the Taisho Period. I had dinner breakfast at the main building, but it is an atmosphere and a nice space. The accommodation building is renewed so you can spend comfortably. The dishes were very delicious with the contents of the evening breakfast and the ingredients of Miyagi. I was able to understand that I was chosen as Michelin. Especially, the duck pot and foie gras daikon felt the best taste I have ever eaten. The staff was polite and nice to all the people who responded to the evening breakfast, and I was able to spend comfortably from check-in to check-out. The quality of the two kinds of baths is good, so I want to change the season and visit again.

The hotel is across the street from the tram. The room is very quiet and clean. The front desk service attitude is super good. There is a free hot spring on the second floor and free breakfast in the morning with many varieties. The only small drawback is that you can only check in at 15 o'clock in the afternoon. You have to wait in the restaurant for a while and there is free coffee☕.

It was a very clean hotel. Breakfast was also full with a wide variety of menus. It's a pity that it wasn't a washlet.

I wanted to go to Akiho Onsen in OKU zashiki in Sendai once. It was the first impression that the old lobby was a large group for the inn, but it was very good to answer politely even if I asked anyone of the staff a little.
