Varied breakfast, quite nice, rich in taste and quantity. The rooms were ok, nothing special but not bad either. Terrific staff very kind and willing always smiling. The 5 stars for the staff are well deserved!

Le point fort de l’hôtel : l’attention et l’amabilité de son personnel. Pour le reste, cet hôtel ne justifie absolument pas ses 5 étoiles. Les chambres sont petites (à part la chambre pour les personnes à mobilité réduite) et ne sont pas charmantes. La couleur bleue, les rangements ouverts, l’aspect général meriterait d’être rafraîchi (papier peint daté qui se décolle, plinthes usées etc. …). L’espace piscine est beaucoup plus restreint que ce que laissent penser les photos. Il est cependant assez agréable, même si les matelas des transats sont tachés … Le petit déjeuner est classique, donc honnête. Le rapport qualité prix est globalement défavorable.

Llevamos 20 dias vaijando por Grecia y hasta el momento no nos había pasado nada igual. Habitación NO se corresponde a las fotos. La habitación familiar que nos asignaron era tan pequen̈a que no cabía la maleta (y de cuatro personas solo llevamos una maleta!): el plan que nos propusieron fue ayudarnos a sacar toda la ropa de la maleta para ponerla en cajones! Cuando preguntamos si podíamos cambiar de hotel dadas las circunstancias de espacio nos dijeron que ellos no nos devolvian el dinero ya que el plan ofrecido era bueno. Queríamos hablar con el manager que no se presentó ni quiso hablar con nosotros. En la estancia de los nin̈os solo hay un enchufe. No disponian de hojas de reclamación oficiales. Piscina pequeñísima y repleta de niños y adultos jugando a pelota. Para nada un 5 estrellas! Caro para lo que es!

I checked in, paid the bill, then visited the room and checked out 15min later, after showing the receptionist the findings in the room. I asked for a refund, she said she had contacted the manager and said no. I asked to speak with the manager, she said he would be late, so I left and asked to call me at any time. A small hotel with excellent staff. The rooms are very spacious, with the top floor suite with a balcony. There is a small pool and sun-loungers. The breakfast offers a wide choice and they are generous in their quantities. The reception staff were very helpful.

It was a very good experience. especially because of room and the STUFF.. We have been in a junior suit (the regular rooms are not very spacious as the suits). If one needs not a noisy room - better those facing the smaller road. breakfast (buffet) was very good (except coffee - see later). and All the stuff at the hotel were sympathetic and cooperative. Most of the time we met one of them (a guy who was there between 20 may till 22 may. (forgot names) who was very very nice.. The location is good. within a walking distance to everything. no parking problems. There is only one thing - the hotel is graded 5 stars, but somehow it lacks amenities that are trivial in 4 and and even many 3 stars hotel, like: tissues, conditionner, body lotion in the room.(these days also coffee machine with capsules has become quite basic). on the other hand - bathrobes and slippers are there. No coffee machine - for espresso and capuccino- even at breakfast.

A little disappointed because it was indicated 5* and although it is very comfortable it is not a palace! The staff on the other hand is TOP and takes great care. Small fridge in the room (although quite noisy), kettle with tea and coffee and terrace. Pretty small swimming pool with deckchairs, as well as free private parking. The view and the setting aren't crazy either but it's located right next to the beach. The breakfast is very good.

On arrival, no doorman, no valet, the first thing you are asked for is your passport and to carry your suitcases. No concierge service. No accompaniment in the room. Tiny room, you have to climb over your suitcase to reach the bed. The cupboards are open to the sky, the bathroom just as tiny. To get a towel for the pool you have to ask, the towels are locked in a cupboard. Service level, a bartender who seems lost when it comes to cocktails and who asks you for your room number for billing even before you order. Stuck by the rain we decide to ask for a snack around 10 p.m. While a family has just ordered (it must be said that they had no electricity in their room for a while), we are told that the kitchen is closed then they come back offering us... pizzas ( certainly frozen) we ended up getting a plate with for 2: 2 slices of salami, 2 slices of ham and 4 olives). This hotel cannot be a 5 star or even a 4 and there are still 3 star establishments which are better in every way. Move on and choose another establishment for your stay in Kalamata.
