Beautiful clean hotel with amazing views of Meteora rocks.
Comfortable beds.
Beautifull luxury lobby area.
The breakfast should be upgraded according to a 5 stars hotel.

The only five-star hotel near Meteora, but the hardware is not up to the standard. I paid for the scenery.
There is no service. Europe is really bad for Chinese people after the epidemic.

It's just an ordinary three-star tourist hotel. You can't enter or leave the alley at the door at night. It's definitely not a five-star hotel. It also costs over a thousand yuan in winter, and the price is unrealistic!

Not five stars for sure!!!
Breakfast is so-so, but the staff is very friendly
There are no kettles in the room, after 23:00 you can’t make coffee for yourself
Visit the sauna or hammam, by appointment and no more than half an hour - for a 7 euros
Swimming pool to visit - 13 euros - nonsense for 5 *
Late check-in at 00:00, the watchman, apparently, took away the passport, since it is not in the competence of the watchman to check the reservation.
The hotel is like a train station for large groups for one night. In general, think, in Meteora there are private hotels that will be much more hospitable than here
No complaints about the staff at all.
Wai wai intermittent - 6 points out of 10
I apologize for the review, as the tour operator gave an objective assessment

The hotel is generally outdated, the appearance is quite stylish, the room area is good, there is a bathtub, and the washbasin is large, but the cold light source of the whole room is relatively dim, there is a balcony facing the scenic spot but the view from the angle is average, the hotel has a buffet dinner, which is expensive and cost-effective, There are not many varieties of breakfast, there is no kettle in the room, there are disposable slippers but no toothbrush. The hotel is about one kilometer away from the town center. It has to go through a small road and has a parking lot.
If there is a chance to revisit Meteora, I will choose a newer hotel.

The location is excellent, close to the main scenic spot, with direct view; the setting is relatively old and the cleanliness is average; the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, but the catering and room cleaning services are average.

A really nice hotel with great facilities and lovely views from our balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable with good amenities. The only dinner options were a buffet, room service or a 15 minute walk into town. We'd had a big, late lunch so chose room service- a nice pizza to share, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was nice but we must have come in at peak time because there was barely a free table. Overall very nice

We chose this hotel because of the surroundings. The hotel itself is lovely in every way. Our room had a nice outdoor seating area with a great view. After a delicious dinner on the premises we took a walk to catch stunning sunset views of the Meteora rock formations.

When you first enter the hotel you will be impressed but as soon as you move away from the lobby you will realise this is a 3* hotel at best. Be prepared to take your own bags to the room. The rooms- really marked, scruffed, the paint work is patchy with 2/3 different paint over jobs in our room. Paint is still peeling off balcony rails etc Very tired looking and uncared for. No soap dishes/ tea/coffee. The balcony we had was not private with no screens or barriers - the people in the next room were right next to is. Was a nice view to the right and to the left a skip and wood/throw out yard. Only updated Wi-Fi codes are in reception so u have to take a picture before you go the room. Good luck with the shower- so poorly designed it’s hard to use as you keep hitting baskets attached to walls. In the room is a long welcome and history of the hotel but it is only in Greek with no translation. No mini bars or glasses even if you wanted tap water. The food- avoid! Very small selection both dinner and breakfast had been left in the trays for hours and were cold- everything is dry and bland. Restaurant is dated and at dinner they closed the curtains so you couldn’t even see the view. Most of the areas you might want to sit in where closed / lights off in darkness so the nicest part you might want to use is off limits. Staff hover over your shoulders at all times to quickly get empty place but prevents a relaxed eating experience as they are very near tables looking at you all the time. You will notice that the wine menu is all local wines but they are not described so you have no idea what you are buying- staff are unable to explain the difference either so you end up picking at random. Not sure who or when this was made a 5* hotel- even lots of there own menus have 4* This is at most a 3* experience- if you go in expecting this and the price matched this you would be happy- better places talking to people in the day to stay.

We stayed at the Grand Meteora Hotel with a tour group. The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet setting with great views of the Meteora. Hotel gives you the feeling of being in a lodge. Lobby, dining room and sleeping rooms were inviting, clean and in good repair. Our room was in the main building and had a small balcony with a fantastic view. Food was okay, definitely catering to large groups but if you have a car you can easily go into town for dinner.

Recently (in the month of May) we went for a tour/pilgrimage with a large group of people, I must say it is a very nice hotel with large clean rooms, private balcony with beautiful scenery, excellent food and customer service. I highly recommended.

The views of Meteora from the room and deck make the hotel’s distance from town worth it. The hotel is an easy 15 minute downhill walk to town. The rooms are large. I found the bed to be a tiny bit too firm. The shower tub combo was a little tricky. The breakfast buffet was very generous and delicious. We were glad we stayed here for our one night in Meteora.

Excellent hotel featuring comfortable rooms we visited with our two children and the room and bathroom were very spacious, indoor pool that allows children was a serious plus as we could enjoy some fun in the evenings after long days of excursions. Overall amazing location, kind and helpful staff will definitely be back
