Beautiful clean hotel with amazing views of Meteora rocks. Comfortable beds. Beautifull luxury lobby area. The breakfast should be upgraded according to a 5 stars hotel.

It's just an ordinary three-star tourist hotel. You can't enter or leave the alley at the door at night. It's definitely not a five-star hotel. It also costs over a thousand yuan in winter, and the price is unrealistic!

The hotel is generally outdated, the appearance is quite stylish, the room area is good, there is a bathtub, and the washbasin is large, but the cold light source of the whole room is relatively dim, there is a balcony facing the scenic spot but the view from the angle is average, the hotel has a buffet dinner, which is expensive and cost-effective, There are not many varieties of breakfast, there is no kettle in the room, there are disposable slippers but no toothbrush. The hotel is about one kilometer away from the town center. It has to go through a small road and has a parking lot. If there is a chance to revisit Meteora, I will choose a newer hotel.

The location is excellent, close to the main scenic spot, with direct view; the setting is relatively old and the cleanliness is average; the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, but the catering and room cleaning services are average.

We stayed at the Grand Meteora Hotel with a tour group. The hotel is in a beautiful, quiet setting with great views of the Meteora. Hotel gives you the feeling of being in a lodge. Lobby, dining room and sleeping rooms were inviting, clean and in good repair. Our room was in the main building and had a small balcony with a fantastic view. Food was okay, definitely catering to large groups but if you have a car you can easily go into town for dinner.

Recently (in the month of May) we went for a tour/pilgrimage with a large group of people, I must say it is a very nice hotel with large clean rooms, private balcony with beautiful scenery, excellent food and customer service. I highly recommended.

The views of Meteora from the room and deck make the hotel’s distance from town worth it. The hotel is an easy 15 minute downhill walk to town. The rooms are large. I found the bed to be a tiny bit too firm. The shower tub combo was a little tricky. The breakfast buffet was very generous and delicious. We were glad we stayed here for our one night in Meteora.

They may thing they are a four star hotel but barely a three. Room clean but outdated. Upon arrival, security safe closed ( came over and opened) , elevator take someone with an engineer degree to Make it work, weakest WIFI of all hotel visited .

Breakfast was very disappointing. As a Vegetarian, there were practically no options. There was only one type of bread, no hot milk, only one fresh fruit. They were also not accommodating to making anything meatless for us. We scarcely had anything for breakfast during our stay and frequently found ourselves hungry. We could only eat white bread as all the breads had bacon/ meat in it. We requested for a bread without meat for the next day but were completely denied. Both days of our stay we had to spend money for our breakfast. Very very disappointing

Excellent hotel featuring comfortable rooms we visited with our two children and the room and bathroom were very spacious,indoor pool that allows children was a serious plus as we could enjoy some fun in the evenings after long days of excursions. Overall amazing location, kind and helpful staff will definitely be back

Facing the grand magnificent rock formation. Spiritual and yet breathtaking experience. Love my stay. Good enough for one night as there is nothing nearby. No night activity; just stay inside room. Breakfast variety was limited and and service was lacking, could be due to too many tour groups. WiFi was weak in room No bottled water provided. No USB or Type C ports. No loan of travel adapter available.
