Needs a good cleaning also everything needs updating did not get a good night’s sleep due to getting bit also although they had a kettle in the room no tea or coffee but what can you expect for £12

There are no plugs on either side of the bed for customers to plug in to charge the battery while lying down or working on the bed. The pug went to the row behind the TV. If the customer doesn't bring their own three-eyed pug, they must refrain from playing on the phone or working at the bedside immediately! 🥲
