The Orchid Retreat

I had liked the pic of the hut.. So I bothered to hv a luk n I fell in luv instantly with it.. The wooden balcony, the hut with it's hint of privacy was ideal. Anyone who would want a serene getaway , a sensual stay, would naturally fall for this one!! Recommended.

A great place to stay with family and friends. The atmosphere is serene and absolutely calming. The balcony rooms are beautiful with stunning view. However food variety in their menu was not much and complementary breakfast was not up to the standards. Rest overall experience was very good.

The staff were very cordial. Especially Mr.Danny who has an extremely affable demeanor. Room service guy Gautam was very helpful. However the Deluxe room we stayed in has to be immediately refurbished. The number of staircases must be a big hindrance for free movement for guests. Some serious thought has to be put in .for the future.

The rooms and the ambience was really good. Rooms and the surroundings were neat and clean. Executive room has good view . Food was also healthy and tasty. Staffs were helpful. The only cons I would say is the room service time. Sometimes it takes even 40-45 mins to get order delivered .

It a very nice time to spent there in Mystic Orchid. Booking experience was very good. Being in the resort, staff’s behaviour was excellent. Ambience is very attractive, with the true nature. Everyone can refresh themselves with natural essence.

Very good experience overall, food was amazing and the staff were very helpful. It's a beautiful property to stay at. Kudos!

The Rooms were Good. Cleanliness could have be Hotel Staff was supportive, good, well mannered, always had smile on their face. Food was good. House keeping and room service efforts need improvement on *Everyday feedback *Replinishment of all essential items everyday viz. Soap, shampoo, tea & coffee shachets etc. glass, cups. *Followup on cleaning of rooms. Hotel needs structural updation viz. installation of lift as it is extremely difficult for aged people with orthopedic problem to climb up through stairs from the cottage. Prunning of plants and control of pest in and around hotel is necessary. The entrance & glow sign with the name of hotel needs updation as they project initial brand value of property. Thanks.

best time i had in this place really appreciate the hospitality of this place and the staff Premika was very humble and the room was perfect for me and i got all things jn needed in this place , Thankyou you very much to all staff that I had a comfortable stay.
