Homewood Suites by Hilton Kalispell

Homewood hotel has friendly staff, clean room, and quality bed. Its breakfast buffet has many varieties and they are all tasty. It is truly home away home, especially after a day long hiking in Glacier National Park.

Lovely staff yummy breakfast and great location

After very long Amtrak ride, we arrived late one night at Homewood Suites. We were warmly greeted by Josephine and felt like she had just been waiting just for us! Throughout our four day stay, she and the rest of the staff made us feel like we were “home!” The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast was an amazing spread, the fireplace and fire pit added such ambience, and the location cannot be beat! Even the elevators are beautiful! It is a bit pricey, but I would not hesitate to stay there again and again and again!

Love this place. This hotel is a home away from home. The staff is always friendly and accommodating especially Amanda. She goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest. My family and I travelled from Alberta to Montana with three small kids. After a six hour drive we landed at this hotel in Kalispell. We checked in and went up to our room to check it out. Due to the fact we were travelling all day we did not have time to eat and quickly left the hotel room. We were in the room for a matter of 15 min. My son has bad asthma that is triggered by dust. The rooms were quite dingy and not well kept. Immediately upon leaving the hotel my son coughed horribly for over an hour he could not even eat his dinner he was struggling so much. We knew it was from the hotel room that was not very clean. We could not risk my sons health staying in a poorly ventilated and unclean hotel room so we we left having to find another hotel later in the evening. We asked for a refund from the hotel and were left with no help. We did not use the room for more than 10 minutes in total. The excuse from the manager was that due to the fact it was after 8:00pm we could not give the room away. We had checked in not even 2 hours before and left to eat dinner. The employee we initially booked with told us there were plenty of rooms available so there were no real demand for people wanting on hotel rooms and we weren't inconveniencing anyone based on that premise. It was a large amount of money for not even using the room. This situation was out of our hands as I was not about to risk my son’s health. I am very disappointed, this has put a big damper on our trip and was very upsetting. Please rethink your stay here. We were able to get a booking at SpringHill Suites Kalispell down the street. It was beautiful, clean and well ventilated. Very saddening that a hotel would take advantage of a family like this. It is pure greed and nothing less. The cost for not even using the room was $466.

Our family was traveling from Canada and we did lot of search to find the best place to stay and luckily we found this hotel which make our stay enjoyable. The hotel room was spacious and my kids feel like at home(living room, kitchen and separate bed room). The Hotel location is really convenient for quick shopping to nearby stores like target, Walmart, Costco etc. We enjoyed pizza from restaurant located opposite to the hotel and did stroll in the open area behind the hotel. Overall our stay was really good. Oh I forget to mention that the breakfast was phenomenal. First of all there were hot meal options with lots of choices from scrambled eggs, baked potatoes, chicken and hot dogs ( we couldn’t eat because of not halal) but we loved flavored yogurt, pancake, breads, donuts, muffins, cereal, juices and fresh fruits. We finished our breakfast with the tasty coffee. I strongly recommend this hotel especially for families and even for couples as I saw many on the breakfast tables. I will visit this hotel again in the next summer inshallah.
