Highly not recommended not to book this hotel,the worst nightmare for any customers. No hospitality at all. We booked this hotel a week ago for two days to spend sometime in batticaloe, we were highly disappointed with the manager and the receptionist who were very aggressive towards us upon an inquiry on the price and facilities.No ethics at this work place ,staff are not educated on customer relationship Its a disgrace to the hotel industries
