Due to delays at the local airport we didn't arrive to the hotel until 00:15 local time. Thankfully there was some leftover food in the bar area and George even served us some drinks despite being past closing time. A really nice touch and not something that we have experienced before. The room itself was clean and tidy with a decently stocked fridge, digital safe, comfy beds, Air con and two TV's. No English speaking channels so bear that in mind. The family room double is 2 singles pushed together so also bear that in if you prefer to be with your partner at night. The All inclusive restaurant was simply wonderful. A great array of food which catered to all 6 of us(Including a fussy 12 year old) and some amazing desserts. The waiting staff are attentive and will have your plate cleared before you return with the next round! A big shout to Marina as well who was amazing with our 4 kids. The pool area was great, as mentioned by previous review the pool was cold but it was October and we knew going late in the season it would be cooler and dark at 5pm. The pebble beach was fine and sea temp was perfect. The pool bar was good with a good range of cocktails, spirit drinks and hot drinks. Ice cream and finger food was available as part of the all inclusive through the day. Staff here were wonderful as they were through the hotel. Evening entertainment was led by the onsite entertainment team who struggled to get the end of season crowd enthused through no fault of their own. Simply a lack of numbers. The hotel had a lot of German tourists but no issue with language barriers or towel wars. The buses into Rhodes were every 20 minutes and cash only. Well worth a visit to old town one evening. Take cash for better deals in old town. We booked a boat trip to Lindos via the Hotel reception as well and this was great if a little choppy. The onsite shop had most things that you would require. There was also a small supermarket within walking distance however most things had closed by late October including the waterpark across the road. The negatives: The pool tables charging €10 an hour felt expensive. The pools were cold. Not enough inflatables for the "Lazy River" even during the quiet period. The major issue for us was being woken up at 7am by the construction work every morning. There wasn't an option to move rooms and we were not informed of the works by Jet2 prior to departure. If you are a light sleeper and have children who are light sleepers you will need to factor this in when booking.
