First and foremost, this is not a 3 or 4 star hotel, the property is primarily used for weddings, birthday parties and social functions. Anyone thinking this is a business hotel and its rated high, would be highly disappointed. If the hotel ***agement feels they are one of the best hotels based on their ratings on TripAdvisor, they are definitely delusional. Pros: 1. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are courteous (giving a 2 rating since they were customer centric). 2. They have a basic Gym (for some reason its always locked and you need to call the reception to get it opened) which is good. 3. Breakfast (limited options) is basic and okayish. Cons: 1. The approach roads to the hotel is not maintained, there is waterlogging during rains. 2. Parking is limited, and they somehow give preference to the people attending functions and not to the actual guests (those staying) of the hotel! Had to find a place to park (outside) the hotel. 3. Room was very basic, small. And since its for large groups to stay (overnight) for functions, the rooms open into other rooms and you can hear everyone talking/watching TV since the rooms are interconnected. 4. Since rooms are interconnected and during functions (on the rooftop), its not a pleasant stay due to noise (either of someone talking or due to music playing on the rooftop. I complained twice during my stay but they couldn't do much about the noise. 5. Breakfast is served in a party hall (not a con, but just seemed weird since some days they call you and inform that the hall is being decked up for a party and breakfast will be served in the room). Major cons: 1. Granted, they have a veg only policy. However, they do not allow guests to get their own food into the rooms, even if the food is veg! What's atrocious about this rule is that their menu is limited (and expensive) and no one would have it for more than 1-2 days (I stayed 2 weeks here!). 2. The front desk (lady) is rude (or was it her inexperience, not sure). During check in, she did not smile, nor greet, nor offered if someone can get my bags nor showed me the way to the elevator. Day 3 of my stay, while returning from office, she stops me and asks me where I am going! When I told her that I am staying at the hotel, she asks me for my room # . Day 7, she asks me again! I mean which hotel does this!! And how does someone sitting at the front desk, not remember that there is a guest who is staying for so long! Worse still, around Day 10, some other guy at the front desk asks me for my room #. Again. Somehow you get the feeling that the hotel is run by people who are old school and want to control every single aspect but fail to see the bigger picture. I suggest they step out of this city and stay at other real (star) properties and understand the meaning of customer service. Everyone at this hotel was kind, courteous, humble & helpful. I’m grateful to Chef Reshim for bringing me masala tea to my room every single morning during my three week stay. This is truly amazing service by Chef Reshim which I have never experienced anywhere. Masala Tea he prepares is also awesome. Dilip at the front desk was very helpful. Sushama, Ameet & Prashant at the front desk were excellent. All the. room service & house keeping staff was very good.

It has been an average stay with 7 Wonders No Doubt staff was Good but few very basic and essential things were missing. Pros - Staff was good and, I was provided with GST bill where MMT Couldn't help us. One of the room has AC noisy sound hence they have shifted my room to one of the better room where I slept comfortably. On check out I ws offered Lemon water when it was required the most because it ws too hot outside. Cons - Location is not appropriate and no assistance on Main Porch you will not be able to rech the hotel reception because no where it is written that it is on 7th Floor. No luggage assistance during check in. Room was not cleaned properly, AC was too noisy I couldn't sleep till 3:00Am, Breakfast buffet was really no option very limited on top of that basic hygiene was missing. Plates and bowls cleaning and all. Linen in the room was not cleaned properly. Alot of improvements required, No Value for money.

We arrived here at midnight. Our room was ready and the front desk people was so friendly to recieve us. And check in procedures were so simple and fininishesd in few minutes. 24 hrs hot water. Rooms are very neat. Every day new towels.Near to metro. Next time sure Asiana

I stayed in the hotel for around 6 days in the month of August 2022. We were on a professional training program. To begin with the most surprising element was of course the behaviour of the staff. From checking to check out I found them to be absolutely amazing. Mr Biltu from front office to care of a lot of my personal requests. MS Sudipta and Ms Swathi were always pleasant and were warm, taking care of all the chote-mote needs we were nagging them with. Unlike ***y other hotels here I never found it difficult to approach the staff.. Food was another amazing blessing.. being far away from home and being in middle of such hectic schedule all our meals where yum. I remember Mr Somnath for the extra help he offered to us even though it was a buffet.. House keeping was prompt on request.. Cleaning was great.. Maybe the only Con i would mention is actually about the lift.. With so ***y rooms in place i believe one or two more lifts can be added for quicker mobility.. Last but not the least.. the view from my room was also great

The hotel environment is very good, the room is large, the details are in place, the restaurant food has more meat, this is relatively rare in the vegetarian Gujarat state.
