Calm place to stay for couples and families. Friendly staff. We spent good quality time on our anniversary. Breakfast was amazing and had good spread of foods. Face to sea and good for the people who are looking for a sea bath. Rooms are clean and equipped(safety locker, hair drier, tv etc..) to fulfill the main requirements.

hôtel a taille humaine, personnel aux petits soins pour les clients toujours le sourire et ça fait plaisir propreté irréprochable et buffet excellent ! il n est pas nécessaire qu il soit gargantuesque ! celui du mermaid est complet savoureux et pas ostentatoire le chef de cuisine tres sympathique et vous pouvez demander ce que vous voulez ! nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Very spacious,relax stay i had..kids love the pool and hotel...nice stay.service is excellent and A at). sea is nice but little hard waves we saw at evening but reduced the harshness in morning... badminton, cricket,beach volleyball various activities can do...very spacious..love it.

We had a wonderful day out experience at mermaid hotel & Club. I highly recommned this place for anyone looking family day outing hotel because of their services, specially foods and the other facilities. Hotel staff is very kind and supportive. Specially I would like to mention Mr. Nilanka from the staff, very supportive and provided highest hospitality to us. We reserved a room with our day outing package specially since our grand mother need to rest while others are enjoying day outing. Room services were also exceptional because they had arranged us a triple room it is nice clean and beautiful. We really grateful for giving us such a wonderful experience. We hope to come again and highly recommend for everyone. Thank you.💐

I recently stayed at the Mermaid Hotel and was thoroughly impressed with their customer care. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, Specially I appreciate the lady in the front desk Thanuja’s excellent hospitality.Every interaction was positive and helpful. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless.

Schickes kleines Hotel, direkt am Sandstrand des indischen Ozeans. Der Charme durch die zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter hat es zu etwas besonderem gemacht. Alle Angestellten haben uns die Zeit versüßt, auch im Kulinarischen. Geräumige Zimmer mit tierischen Gästen. Die Palmenhörnchen waren zutraulich und kamen immer zur gleichen Zeit, um sich eine kleine Mahlzeit abzuholen

We had a wonderful 3 Nights stay at mermaid hotel & Club. We love to stay here more days because of their services, specially foods and the other facilities. Specially we would like to mention Miss Thanuja at the front office and the staff, Head chef and his team, Stewards, life guards around the pool area, for their kind and fabulous services. Both we had excellent Ayurvedic spa treatments at the hotel. Room services were also exceptional because they arranged our room clean and beautiful with some decorations. We really grateful for giving us such a wonderful experience. We hope to come again and highly recommend for everyone. Thank you.♥️♥️♥️
