Clarks Inn Hampi

Good stay, ask for room on Level 2 road facing, bathrooms are bit out of maintenance, room is ok

Nice hotel, not necessarily the best but very friendly staffs, convenient location and good services.

We, a family of four, stayed at Clarks Inn during the last week of May for 3 days. We were skeptical while booking this hotel for our stay. However, the stay was very comfortable and we were very happy with the service offered by the staff at Clarks Inn. The room was a little small for the 4 of us but we were happy that the hotel allowed the 4 of us to be accomodated in the same room. The food at the restaurant was good and within our budget. The staff over there . Mr Zahid, Ms Pinky and Ms Muskan were really helpful. The only problem we faced was with respect to the climate, It was really hot at Hampi and we really go exhausted after visiting the heritage sites and after long walks and climbs which we were not used to. Children liked the indoor swimming pool even though it was a little deeper than their comfort level. For our travel requirements, luckily we got a good Rickshawala . one Mr Ravi who took care of our travel from Hospet to Clarks Inn and within Hampi over the 3-day stay. Ambience is good. Not much options for the food in hampi hence the options of food quality & service is very good

My recent stay at clarks inn, hampi, was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences i've ever had. The space severely lacks ambiance and failed to meet basic expectations. Upon arrival, i was put in a room where the air conditioning didn't work. Despite repeated requests, it took considerable time for the staff to move me to another suite. While the ac worked in the new room, the bathroom taps had no water, making it extremely inconvenient. The food quality through room service was mediocre at best, but the breakfast options were terrible. The food lacked taste, and the presentation was poor, adding to the overall disappointment. On the night i stayed, heavy rain led to water seeping through the windows, soaking the room and the carpet. This not only made the room uncomfortable but also highlighted the poor maintenance and lack of preparedness for such weather. While the staff was decent, the overall service and hospitality were lacking. For a site as significant as hampi, which is a unesco world heritage site, one would expect much better hospitality and service standards. It was evident that the hotel owners are not keen on enhancing the services, which is a shame for such a renowned location. Overall, my stay at clarks inn was highly disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting hampi. The place desperately needs improvements in both infrastructure and service to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay at clark's hampi. The staff here is polite and supportive. Food is good. It's near the heritage sites of hampi. The rooms and hotel surroundings are clean and well maintained. Thank you clark's inn hampi for making our hampi stay memorable.

The hotel was very well maintained and neat. It has a beautiful pool where you can enjoy a calm afternoon. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage room and good hot water. The only complaint is that, the food order takes at least 25-30 minutes to arrive.

The stay was cool, the rooms are clean, ground staff is helpfull, only the food offered is tasteless

Ok quality room overpriced.. restaurant food is average . Better hotels available in the same price
