The location was great and the stay was good as well. The only concern was the that the odor in the hotel didn't make us feel refreshing

Old looking hotel but have a good vibe to it. Love the pizza opposite the hotel.

The Plaza was such a lovely surprise. We were immediately impressed by the fireplace at the entry and the professional welcoming staff. The entire hotel has been lovingly restored. The room was absolutely spotless. The hot buffet breakfast was fabulous in a beautifully furnished restaurant. But the icing on the cake was the staff, who guided us through the history of this magnificent historical building. A highlight of our road trip.

The location is convenient and it is a landmark building in downtown. The surrounding restaurants, bars and convenience stores are very convenient. The hotel has the oldest elevator in Ganlu City, which is almost a hundred years old. It is slow and has a small space. It can accommodate two people and two boxes at most. The room is old and small, but clean. One night's rest along the way in the Rocky Mountains is enough. Reminder, the parking lot outside the hotel has different colored lines. If you park wrong, you will be fined 70 yuan.

The room this time was a bit small, and there were some hygiene issues. There were stains on the bathroom door, and a layer of dust on the lamps and tables. The hotel's front desk clerk was very considerate and coordinated some things. I was very satisfied with this.

Arrived in the middle of the night, good service, parking for $8

It's really bad. There is a bar under the hotel, and the music is so loud that the music is banging and the liquor store is right next to the building. The parking lot is shared with the liquor store. In the morning, I saw someone eating Yoplait and putting it on the car. It was noisy and it was difficult to sleep. The parking space right next door is small. I paid about $8 for parking. If there was no seat here, I had to go one block and stop. When I checked in, they gave me a coupon for free drinks and alcoholic beverages.. The waitress who served me was laughing and asking me if I wanted to drink more, so it was not comfortable because there was an atmosphere of hard selling. I asked for red wine. I don't have it right now, but I asked him what he would do... and he asked if he would like to come back and drink another drink. Now, the mixer is broken, so it's difficult for you to choose a drink like Margaretta. The condition of the room and the hotel are too old, but it was not well maintained, so the pleasant smell was very difficult. It was fortunate that we arrived late and went out to sleep. Otherwise, it would be difficult to bear. I don't know if it's a hotel with a will...

Old hotel health is good

This is a historical hotel, so no one should expect modern features. However, it is very quaint and very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and you are right downtown where there are some decent restaurants within walking distance.

First room given the heating unit was stuck on 30 degrees celcius. The front desk's solytion was to open a window. When i requested a differant room i got one above the night club in thet room the tv dis not work. Never going back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were clean & comfortable & the hotel had a very quaint feeling. There were also so many cute shops & great restaurants all around the hotel. The only bad thing was a problem with our bathroom sink but they sent someone to come & fix it that evening.

Drink voucher is a joke, front desk told me I can use to redeem at the lounge for $10 worth of food or drink. I ordered 2 cocktails and when I pay the voucher doesn’t work. (Only for tap beer and house wine). The staff in the lounge said I can use the voucher in the morning which is not true, they open at 11:30, so never used them.
