The hotel's convenient location offers ample parking. Although the room was clean, the pillows emitted a minor odour of sweat. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

No parking for guests. You should pay for it separately. Some equipments are not working and there is no microwave.

The check-in process was very convenient. The hotel facilities are all available. Give me a warm and comfortable environment in the cold winter. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. The service at the front desk is also very warm.

The front desk guy gave a very detailed introduction. The room facilities are clean and comfortable. Restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Free parking is convenient.

The hotel is okay, average level, nothing special, just average. Breakfast is average, but the hotel has a jacuzzi which is pretty good. Overall, not bad or good

Good value for money, rich breakfast

We love the pool but unfortunately the hot tub was shut down. The male who checked us in, same as last time, is very friendly. We'd sat in the lounge area the first visit with brother, his wife and me, the sister since we'd not seen each other since last November. We were thirsty so the clerk said we could have drinks there and showed us how to turn it on and off. We thought this was very hospitable. Last evening when we did that again the female clerk said it was not available to us. My brother is a Diamond Member and me Platinum, for some inexpensive Peach drink. It was disappointing.

The hotel was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked for a baby bed at check in and within 10 min they provided us a baby bed. The breakfast was delicious with variety of options from eggs, yogurt, cereals, fresh make your own waffles option. Lovely experience:)

It is clean and updated with very friendly staff. Great breakfast but seating can run out fast so you have to hope you go when it’s not so busy. The location seems safe with no noticeable traffic noise. The elevators require your card key to operate and there are no signs indicating how it works. Fortunately another guest showed us that you hold your card key next to a little box above the floor selection buttons until the light turns green then you can select your floor. Our room was great except I couldn’t find a way to turn the HVAC unit fan completely off so we could have quiet while we slept and there is no handle on the inside of the bathroom door in room 314 which makes it a bit difficult to slide the door open when exiting.

The beds were amazing. Pool and hot tub not so much. A bit out of the way but still close enough to downtown

We always stay here when we are in Kamloops for hockey. The staff are wonderful, breakfast is good. Great location.

Poor selection of TV channels . Far too many sports channels. No history , discovery channels.

Safe clean property. Front desk staff was excellent and provided all information needed. Breakfast was ok. Would stay here again.
