A very nice hotel that looks like it has been updated. The room was spacious and clean with e very comfortable king size bed. The included breakfast was fantastic with so many food choices both hot and cold. The location was good with lots of parking available and within walking distance to some restaurants.

loved the staff, clean, and quietness Was a bit disappointed about the size of the dining area as it was very busy and hard to find a table but in all fairness it was spring break

Hate the fact you charge double for debit card at check-in. Guy wanted $400 for a $169 room cause I wanted to use debit.

The property is always extremely clean, staff are very friendly and the free breakfast is always great. This was the first time we stayed there with our puppy and she was great. She usually barks at all the noises in hotels but the rooms are very sound proof and she didn't bark.

The property has a bit of smell both in the hallways and inside the unit. The bath tub drainage is pretty bad. After taking showers the feet remain soaked in soap water before coming out. Takes another 10 minutes for it to drain. Breakfast was good. Staff ere friendly.

The pool deck was so dirty the white tiles were brown. i mentioned it to two staff members and there answer back was that it was cleaned daily..... Or it needs to be pressure washed. Lobby floor was pretty bad too. Room was clean though just everything else was gross

Very clean and modern. Super friendly staff, was very helpful. Breakfast was 10/10. Great food, clean eating area. Would definitely come back again!

The linens and bed were very itchy and my husband and I had bed bug bites in our backs and couldnt sleep because of the itching

The continental breakfast was fantastic. The room service was terrible and the pool and area was dirty. I tried to communicate with a staff member that we needed towels and some other items as it was 3pm and our room still was not cleaned but she didn’t speak English so unfortunately that was a much more difficult situation than it should have been although she was friendly and smiled I had to find someone else to try and help. It was very awkward as the other staff members that were around were on their cell phones and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience.

I used to stay at the Kamloops Hampton exclusively for 10 years before I retired. I am honestly disappointed with the way service has gone down hill. There used to be a lot of nice little perks like a breakfast to go and cookies at check in. Not anymore it seems. Ran out of breakfast this morning so all we were able to have was a banana and a coffee. Went to the front desk to tell them and no one was available. Not impressed
