Hotel looks old but place was convenient. Breakfast was so so. Still a nice & comfortable stay for a relatively affordable price.

No bad but they should review their cleanliness again.

The location is poor, cleanliness on our balcony very poor we left after 2 days the kitchen had 2 forks no knives no cups no bowls no spoons air conditioner very noisy ..the complimentary breakfast was quite good though

The location is convenient, it is very convenient to go to Costco for refueling, and it is also convenient to go to the expressway. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby, the hotel has a restaurant, you can have breakfast, the room has a microwave, you can warm milk, the room has a beautiful view, and it is enough for a family of three to travel.

Clean and hygienic, fully functional facilities, simple check-in/check-out procedures, complete and convenient breakfast, good location and rich surrounding functions.

Overall my stay was fine. Room was clean but had a musty smell to it even though they have renovated it fairly recently. I went to have a bath and there was no plug. I had to go down to the front to get one. Strange. I found the bed comfortable. Pillows so so. Staff at front was friendly but very quiet and hard to understand. The breakfast was very basic. A variety of teas would be nice including herbal teas plus more choices of fruit would be nice. A welcome addition of hard boiled eggs would also be nice. My son also had a room and found a large stain on his mattress, not sure from what. It was not very pleasing to see. There was no elevator to get to second floor which could be an issue for people with large suitcases or struggle with stairs. It suited my needs for the weekend and I possibly could stay there again.

Bed wasn’t properly made when we arrived, and we found an empty pop bottle under it. Absolutely no information about Kamloops available in the room, and they were very stingy with the the washcloths ( just one, until we went and got another at the desk). The breakfast was not appetizing— we passed on it, and went to Starbucks. But it was relatively cheap, and generally clean, and convenient to TRU.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Good shower pressure. Staff was shy but friendly. Quiet at night,

It is a clean place with great rooms& showers. Staff were helpful. The breakfast was fair for price. Very close to TRU& grocery stores within walking distance.

The property and the room were old. The blanket seemed a bit dirty. No elevator installed in the property so not convenient for the guests with big luggages. The staff was nice and we were assigned the room at ground floor upon request.

By breakfast they mean cireal and carbs. Our bedding also was stained with yellow marks.

I liked the room and would stay again. The whole hotel needs a refresh. I dont like to say but the front desk people were not really friendly and didnt speak english well and didnt really explain some of details for check in and refunds. The person on desk when checking out was not knowledgable for giving a refund nothing was written down from ******* on our room. All in all it wasnt a bad stay.

Beautiful motel. Friendly staff. One thing I would suggest for breakfast is have some protein. Eg. boiled eggs. Cheese.
