A good stay as a stopover for our road trip. Yet it was quite noisy outside as trains will pass through from time to time. Once you sleep in it’s fine. Friendly staff. Clean room. Did not try the breakfast which was extra.

Fantastic stay perfect for what I needed as I had an early flight the next day. Would strongly recommend and staff behind the counter were very friendly. Also very central close to a lot of bars and restaurants.

Nice hotel and staff.....the room and bathroom is a bit old

Great location. Walking distance from many restaurants, pubs and bars.

What we didn't like at all was that breakfast only had paper plates, plastic cutlery and paper cups. here you can really do something for the environment and equip everything with ceramic dishes.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. Arrived early and they bent over backwards to have a room available. Could not fault it. Thanks

Great inexpensive breakfast on site. Convenient 1 block walking to 5 good restaurants. Quiet with pool, hot tub, electronic game room and pool tables.

Staff at front desk so friendly and informative. Fun game area and nice pool and hot tub.

The parking lot was very icy and slippery requires some sand or some sort of traction or ice melt spread.

Good price. The pool seemed a bit dirty and kids were causing havoc in the hot tub

The parking sign states a clearance of 6’6” and my suv is just over 6’1”. However the roof of my suv made contact with something in the parking area and I now have a dent and the paint is scraped. I emailed the hotel and called and have yet to hear back. That was December 29!! Other than that the stay was good. The lady at the front desk as very nice . The neighborhood is a little sketchy though.

Hotel was conveniently located and walkable! Lots of dining options within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pidgeons squeaking and pooping on window ledge. Breakfast was $8 for cold sausage and eggs. Cheap cheap . Next time will be staying at thedelta more money but probably worth it

The Thompson Hotel in Kamloops,BC is a hidden gem. Located conveniently downtown, they offer amazing prices and the amenities are the best in town. Pool, Hot Tub, Arcade, Theatre, etc. Can not rave about this place enough!! Family friendly but also great for solo and couples!! Thank you!
