Wonderful place

Loved the people and customer service was a big help. Service was awesome facilities were accessible

The overall effect is good, it looks like a standard economy hotel

Two separate rooms, one with a twin bed and the other with a double bed, very spacious for a family of four

The conditions are average and the reception is very good. Parking is free.

I had booked a reservation for my son and his friends and so I had been asked to provide IDs for all the guests as well as mine. I also provided a credit card for the check-in to be processed smoothly. At check-in time, the person at the front desk did not even bother to check that the documentation required was there, along with a note from the manager. He then asked for. 200 dollar deposit to process the check-in. Very disappointing

We had the 2 bedroom suite which was fantastic to share with our 3 children. Rooms and washroom were super clean. Beeakfast was basic but good (the usual muffins, bagels, toast, omelettes, sausages, hash browns)plus pancakes, juice and coffee. Location was central and close to everything. We enjoyed our stay!

Facility wasn't clean. Hot tub was gross. Barely any towels in our room. Won't be staying here again

We were disappointed with the continental breakfast. We were there at 7am and there was no hot food left and was going to take a while to get any so we got on the road

Easy to get to; quiet room; restaurants within short walk; clean and well appointed room. Standard continental breakfast with some hot items. Nice view from breakfast area.

Great staff. Nice rooms. But on site parking for a vehicle pulling a trailer is not available. On street parking was nearby.

It took the manager over 10 mins to find me a room I already had booked, then when we got into it there was dirty utensils in the sink! The pool area was in repairs with the door open and a homeless man sleeping outside the door. Breakfast the next morning was overcooked the hashbrowns were so hard I couldn’t bite into them

Very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and understanding with last minute booking and check in. It did snow heavily overnight and most of the walkway and parking lot weren’t cleared. But overall a good place to stay.

Room was spacious and great for 3 guests to enjoy their own beds. We were up late for breakfast that went to 930 and very little was left and no one to restock. The pool was warm and relaxing but was out of towels and attached bathroom was out of toilet paper. But once brought to the staffs attention it was replaced. All in all a good stay away.
