I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Riverside Inn and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel offers a stunning view along the river, providing a peaceful and picturesque backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the accessibility of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to navigate and explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend the Riverside Inn for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful setting with top-notch service.

The hotel has a beautiful River view at Kamloops and it is very silent and relaxing. Breakfast was great in the morning and we had a wonderful stay for the night.

The hotel was right off the highway, so a bit noisy.. quite clean and comfortable- great quality for the price point.

I booked a room for my son through Trip.com.He works for a company based in Kamloops and has been working out of town for the past 3 months. He gave up his apartment before he left for work because he wasn’t going to be there and he wanted to save money to buy a home for him and my grandson.. He needed a place to stay for one night, before he moved into his new apartment. The machine shop where he is employed is close to the Riverland so I chose it out of convenience.. When my son arrived at the motel to check in at Riverland he was refused and told the reason was because they do not rent rooms to people from Kamloops. My son explained his predicament to the person on duty, but he was still refused a room. So then he called me and told me everything that was happening. Because he was still in the lobby at the time, I asked if I could speak to person he talked to. She confirmed the explanation my son gave as the reason for not allowing him to stay. When I asked to speak to the manager I was refused and told that my son was not welcome to stay at the motel. When I asked about a refund , again I was refused and told I would have to take that up with Trip.com. I am not from Kamloops, but I travel there lots to see our friends and family members there. I have lots of friends and family that travel to Kamloops for the same reason and all of them will find out from me how completely dissatisfied and outraged I am because of my experience at this Motel. I do not recommend anyone stay here.

The location is by the river, and it is convenient to get to the highway. This price is pretty good if you are not picky.

The room is good. I think their hotel is good. I will stay there again next time.

Nice hotel environment

We were on the way to Vancouver, just stopped for the night. It was nice stay. Clean and quite room with beautiful view with river and the mountains. Reasonable BF. It's worth for the price.

Hot tub was really dirty. The bubles had a brpwn lining around them. A/c in the room had a thick layer of dust.

For a few extra dollars it's nice to have a room with a view of the river and mountains. It's an older motel but very well kept. Our room was sparkling clean. Some people might not like the fact that many of the guests are construction (or similar) workers and local residents living in the hotel. So you might not have the usual tourists with you in the breakfast area. Doesn't bother me though.

Booked this one as advertised with a pool but pool was closed for maintenance and renovations going on on the 1 st floor and Reno garbage on property next door

Easy access to the highway and downtown. A bit rundown area. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice. The room was large but a bit dated. The staff were lovely. The. Breakfast was good. Very good price.

I entered the parking lot and was immediately concerned with the group of young men and woman there. Did not even check in. Considered the $60 paid a lesson. The cheapest is likely the cheapest for a reason lol.
