Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende im Hotel. Angereist sind wir mit 10 Personen, die sich außer der 2 Kinder alle vegan, 2 zusätzlich zuckerfrei, ernähren. Diese Sonderwünsche wurden von der Küche fantastisch umgesetzt. Hervorheben muss man den Service. Alle Menschen, die uns bedient haben, waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, persönlich und hilfsbereit. Hervorheben müssen wir Frau Auerhahn, deren Charme und Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten sind. Grundsätzlich ist das Schwimmbad sehr sehr klein, dass sollte man wissen.

Great hotel situated by the Marina/harbour and ideally placed for the city centre. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable hotel. Excellent and varied choice breakfast buffet. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and very friendly. Would have no fears about recommending this hotel.

Nice hotel. The lady at the reception/bar was very friendly and working very hard. The lobby is nice with some cosy chairs and couches. Rooms are simple , but clean and really quiet. Shower had a decent water pressure. Breakfast was tasty, good variety of food.

Excellent hotel, greatly located just next to Duisburg Main Station. Modern, calm, close to public transportation. Hotel security is excellent, access is controlled 24 hours, facility accessible only for hotel guests. The team is very attentive, professional, efficient and well trained. Room size is bigger than standard for same hotel category. The hotel is very clean, both the public areas and the room. Bathroom modern and well equipped. I will definitely stay there again next time in the area. Definitely with my recommendations.

We booked a room with our little child to spend two days in the nearby Park Ireland. Until check-in, I had only received a booking confirmation with booking number and QR code (my experience after check-in). In the evening against 19Uhr we were now standing closed with a tired little child - from a code for the key cash box was nothing on the Internet site or in the mail (According to the Internet site, the reception was occupied weekdays up to 22Uhr). I called at the hotline, here I was 2x over a total of 10min in the waiting line and was thrown out of the line twice. What is this for an organization and for which service is here paid over €130 per night? The hotel did not have a feedback on my complaint, but the cancellation was only 30Minuten after the telephone check-out, as the reception was not occupied even in the morning.
