The room is big enough, the front desk is super good, they helped me solve all my problems, repaired my eyes, arranged a tour guide and driver, sent water and knives to the room, I bought mangoes, the restaurant service is also good, the price is reasonable, and the cost performance is high.

All aspects are very satisfactory, highly recommended, but they charge for airport shuttle bus, which is outrageous, and the room has no windows, which can also be improved.

A really nice and relaxing oasis in the middle of Kampala. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are really nice and friendly. Location is perfect for exploring different parts of Kampala and Uganda. The rooms are good value for money and are very nice and clean. Good nights sleep guaranteed.

Very good central hotel with everything a traveller need. Very good service. Very good price, basic good rooms with ensuite bath room. Compared to the expensive lodges around the uganda this hotel is a very good.place to start and come.home to. Super kind and helpful service.

We spent two nights at this hotel and we were warmly received even with decorations to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A common denominator here in Uganda is that people in hospitality are extremely friendly and kind. We found that most people here met that standard. The hotel is on a busy road and it could be a hassle to find where to park. We stayed in different bedrooms in our stay because Kampala was the start and the end point of our African safari. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable.

What is good about this hotel is the location: it's the city centre. What is not good is that you can't open the windows of the room. I woke up in the middle of the night, gasping for air! Some rooms don't even have windows... That's a red flag. Apart from that, the room was clean, the bed was new, the TV was good, the breakfast copious, the service exemplary.

Koki hotel is in central Kampala. It's a prime location being so close to many banks, the market and the taxi buses to get to other parts of Uganda. So location is 10/10. Customer service is also first class. I was served by Juliet who reserved me a room as I was checking in at night. The room itself was excellent - tea and coffee check, water bottles check , AC and big screen Tv check, fridge check, iron and ironing board check. The only thing missing was a safety deposit box for my valuables. But the hotel itself was secure. The next morning I was too tired to go to breakfast so for 10k ($3) I got breakfast in bed. And a good buffet it was too. All in all a wonderful relaxing time in a suppers value for money hotel in central Kampala. I will mow def stay here in all my future trips to Uganda. Every staff member I met was courteous and welcoming. Congrats Koki hotel.... you have every right to be cocky !!!! :)
