I left my perfume there, but they just keep silent.

The service in the hotel was very poor. During my two-day stay, there were no slippers. I called the room several times to ask for help.

The hotel facilities and hardware are great! The breakfast is also very rich! Cons: The balcony of the room is open, it feels unsafe to sleep at night! The most important thing is that the downstairs bar & activities are too loud at night, it's like sleeping on the stereo. Will not live again next time! The music is extremely loud in the evening till the midnight. Cannot sleep. I will never stay in this hotel.

It was very noisy, there was a party almost every night, it was impossible to rest! The window connects to the public corridor, which is unsafe.

The room can't see the city view. I asked for room adjustment many times, but I ignored it!

The room is big, but the service is poor.

From the moment I landed at Entebbe Airport, I felt rested, safe and excited for my first time in Uganda. The hotel transport man who picked me up, unfortunately I have forgotten her name but cannot forget his warm and comforting aura, made me feel welcome and accepted. The beautiful hotel was matched by the knowledgeable and welcoming staff, Brenda in concierge insisted on taking my bags, something which I still am in awe of, as I travel a lot and have never had the pleasure of a goodwilled black lady take my bags and sort my transport out for rhe weekend. Stephen at reception, what an amazing soul and a gentle spirit. I was late to join the wedding party and he ensured that the checking i process was swift and to the point, Shepard, Hadaja were amazing too. The team manager Esther ensured that the whole team I came with experienced the best parts of the hotel. What an amazing person.and thank you for going above and beyond by organising the party and balloons for the bride.... What an amazing team you have at Skyz... ohhh and to save the best for last, Abel the room cleaner... thank you for your entertaining views on football and the Olympics, Abel will never know how at ease he made me feel as this was my first time in Uganda. The hotel was emmaculate, worthy of 5 stars... the views in the evening and entertainment during the day... wow, THE FOOD, THE FOOD THE FOOD!!!!! Everything was just on point, i am already looking for new dates. Keep it up team.. SKYZ 2025 LOADING

The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The spa was top notch and the pool was grand. My only regret was not staying longer. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet provided a plethora of options. Esther with guest relations ensured that my entire group of 18 had all of our needs met. The view from my room's balcony was breathtaking.

Really great time at Marriott Kampala Skyz, from arrival to departure all the staff make you feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay overall and would definitely recommend. The views at the hotel are amazing!!! Nice view over all the city, they have a nice rooftop bar area, with nice drinks and food. They were very accommodating all around with any request I had or room service needs at any time. In terms of negatives, there was some confusion with my order at the main restaurant and took a very long time when ordering a salad, but apart from that everything was great and hope to be back soon!

I stayed here for 8 days and was pampered from beginning to end. Staff is kind, attentive and very helpful. Rooms are great, some do have some noise from the pool area, especially when the band is playing. Food is amazing, the best included breakfast you can ask for! The only reason I don't give the five stars is actually because Marriott gave me a huge headache recognizing my qualifying nights for Bonvoy. Also, they only count half of the nights.

The gym was fine and my family used the pool after. The pool area is ok but small for a hotel this size. Staff are available when needed and the hotel looked clean. We went up for views at the top of the hotel and its amazing. The drinks and cocktails are lovely and its worth having a drink or top here.
