It is a very great place , easy access, great ambiance, the waiters are so so friendly , welcoming and helpful, great and affordable prices , my favorite part was the food , ohhh my it’s been long since I tasted food that good. I hope to go back before end of this month … I loved the service .

Clean hotel
Everything good except the security guard that quarrelled on me because we wanted secure parking and he had not reserved us a place.
He was so rude.
The reception staff were lovely.
Room very clean.
TV was not working and had to call to get fixed so no tv for our first night.

The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The staff are very polite and professional. The hotel it strategically located making it easy to move around. The food is excellent and the staff response is quick. The view at the roof top is so therapeutic and refreshing.

The staff had great customer care and the food was great! I will definitely be returning and bringing more friends to enjoy the place as well.... Easily accessible and has a very nice ambiance. Their rooms are immaculate and the business itself is properly organized.

Nice hotel: clean and well maintained; competent staff; full breakfast available each morning; pleasant dining areas and roof top bar; spacious rooms; short walk to shops/offices. Good choice for where to stay. No downside to mention here.

The room is very clean and shower works well. Breakfast is not so gorgeous but type of dishes change everyday. Hotel staffs are very kind.

This hotel has an exceptional service ,fantastic food ,good room service . i look foward to my next stay ! I love the environment and the proximity to acacia mall and all the surrounding ammenities . i would encourage anyone planning to visit kampala to book their stay at millennium Terrace hotel .
