After submitting all my ID & Details, I was forced to book for my partner elsewhere just because she didn't have an ID, the manager even ordered the receptionists not to enter my money into the system until i confirm that she has an ID🤔, They refused to give me the payment receipt when i asked for it that i needed to top up VAT to get it, i checked out at 6am and i could not get a cup of tea that the chef and the supervisor were still a sleep! I loved the room so much but hate the operational way of doing things and guest handling.
