I see that both the hotel and trip team are very helpful.

I would like to commended some points of the resort 1.) My wheel was damaged in the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel arranged to check the monitoring system without making an appointment with me in advance, but suddenly said it was available. I could not return to the hotel because I had gone out for a visit. The hotel said it would cost 20 yuan to reschedule to the next day. I asked the hotel to provide the relevant time period when my car alarm system was activated, and the hotel did not provide it, only provided a non-relevant period of monitoring. 2.）Instead of arranging things for the client, as I expected, the hotel receptionist answered, 'I don't know.' I've been in a fog 3.）The hotel's restaurant plays songs at an extremely high volume to 1200 at night, making it hard to relax

Great hotel! 2 minutes by tuk to the center. Beautiful pool landscape. Incredibly beautiful view from the river view room. Free kayak. Definitely try it 😁. The only negative thing was the breakfast (we only used it once in 3 nights)... Coffee is so-so. And what is really missing is a mosquito net....

The design is very special, there are many potted plants in the shower room in the toilet 🎍, you can water it by the way 😂😂 And the bed is very comfortable, the waiter is also very good, will explain to us in detail, the service attitude is very good!

Nice place to stay right at the river. The ladies at the reception takes good care of you. Anything can be arranged. Pay a little more for your River view room, nice terrace overlooking the River. The only minor is breakfast. Not much choice and they only serve white bread.
