Pros: Very nice hotel, close to temple campus, clean room and amenities. There is also a pure restaurant in the premises. Very warm, courteous staff including restaurant. 5 star for the stay me and my family had. Cons: As the hotel is in temple premises, Cab/ Car can go only until temple parking. You need to walk uphill including steps to reach the hotel. The walk is difficult if you have heavy luggage with you else it is okay. Pros : If you are carrying heavy luggage , you can get help from hotel staff to carry the same. Although the guy might say its your choice to tip them for same but the walk is really difficult with luggage so do tip the person well as per my personal opinion :) Cons: Not sure since it was raining when I went but after you reach the temple premise the gully /path that leads to the hotel is stinky and dirty. Although I won’t blame hotel for same and its more of the people who maintain the surroundings to keep it clean.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at hotel starline and, overall, had a decent experience. However, there were a couple of aspects that could certainly be improved. Firstly, the complimentary breakfast offered was quite underwhelming. The variety and quality of the food left much to be desired. The options were limited. I expected a bit more from a hotel that positions itself as a comfortable and reliable place to stay. Secondly, the service was incredibly slow, which became quite frustrating. At the restaurant staff seemed unhurried and inattentive. Simple requests took an unnecessarily long time to be addressed. While the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, the slow service and lackluster breakfast experience are things that definitely need improvement. I hope these issues are addressed in the future for a better guest experience.

SStanislav Vlad.I stayed here for about five days, booking one day at a time. It is a quiet and peaceful place with spacious economy class rooms. In the first room, where I was accommodated, everything worked except the titan, but I was very busy and discovered it only on the third day. But I was immediately offered to move into the room next door, where everything was a little better and everything worked. The hotel is located three km from the railway station, which is very convenient. They have a cafe where you can order a few simple dishes and eat normally. People are friendly. Of the wishes, I would probably ask them to use the purchased filtered water for tea brewing, since the local water is very calcined. In this place, I was able to sleep off and recover.

GGuest UserThe people at the restaurant needs to be trained. it's a budget hotel. one should not keep high expectations. Especially the reception staff is not very responsive. Location is not great. Food is ok. But we need to ask every time for spoons, water etc. They serve nothing without asking. Today at 7am when we went to restaurant, the waiters were sleeping in the dining room. Further, the cook was singing very loudly. On the top of that, there was a constant noise of moving furniture from one place to another. It did stop after as no of complaints.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at was pleasant overall, but there are some aspects that could be improved upon. Firstly, i found the hotel's policy on late check-out to be quite rigid. Despite my request, i was not allowed a late check-out, which made my departure feel rushed and inconvenient. Offering more flexibility in this regard would greatly enhance the guest experience. Additionally, while the front office staff were friendly, i noticed some areas where they could benefit from additional training. There were instances where their responses to inquiries seemed hesitant or lacking in knowledge, which could be improved with more comprehensive training. Furthermore, one inconvenience i encountered was the lack of a plug point adjacent to the bed. In today's technology-driven world, having easy access to a plug point near the bed is essential for charging devices and convenience. Adding plug points in convenient locations within the room would greatly enhance guest satisfaction. Despite these areas for improvement, the hotel did have its positive aspects. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The location of the hotel was also convenient for accessing nearby attractions. In conclusion, while my stay was enjoyable overall, there are areas where improvements could be made. Offering more flexibility with late check-out, providing additional training for front office staff, and ensuring convenient access to plug points within the room would enhance the guest experience significantly.
