Very poor and unprofessional behaviour from the staffs at the reception... didn't allow me to visit my guests from Kolkata...very absurd policy by the Hotel Management..... i physically booked the hotel for my guests in the morning the receptionist never mentioned about this absurd policy....though they have pasted it in one A4 size paper in a corner...which i admit i missed ....Rather they insists you to visit in their restaurant...to earn a few bucks ...which totally is unethical in my view...i feel cheated ...please try other hotels nearby ...avoid this if you don't want yourself to be embarrassed before your guests
