This ginger hotel is very much upset me, toilet gate is not properly closed. Far away from the main road. Even good trust mm t also. They only believe in earnings and not upto customers side.

Located at the outskirts from the central part of the city near vip road, the hotel is an average one. The food is good with reference to quality, quantity and price. However, the stay has become very average recently. The rooms are not well maintained with cockroaches and insects dwelling. Even the washrooms are not well maintained and the furnishings are not the standard which is of a brand such as ginger. It seems the management is not too keen on proper upkeep and maintenance of the property. The only best and positive factor why one can consider staying here is because of the service standards and promptness of the staffs. They are very co-operative and helpful and will try to make one's stay very pleasant.

Very dirty rooms, dirty uncleaned toilets, dirty bedsheets, dirty pillows. On top of it dental kit and shaving kit is chargeable separately. Location is also bad. Even a regular mansion / lodge would be better than this.

The room was clean & cosy. The only thing required for improvement is on their door locks which were not functioning.

Stay was good. Hotel location is a bit outskirts of the city with a foul smelling road connectivity. Room was small and had a very little space for even walking and so was the washroom. Mattress they had given was spring based and was not at all comfortable and the bed was simply a ply chauki type. Services and staffs were so humble and professional. Overall a good stay with a little discomfort.
