Hotel Nakshatra

I had a terrible experience with this hotel. The reception staff was extremely rude and uncooperative, making me feel like i was their servant for every little request. The worst part was that they seemed to not care about reviews or ratings, as if they didn't even want to improve. This was completely unexpected and unacceptable. The food was also only average in quality. The staff seemed to be experienced, but they could benefit from more training to improve their customer service skills.

Horrible experience. It's like a third grade hotel where you won't feel safe about your stay. Specially for girls, it is a big no.

Location and food is good. However the lights are too dim in the rooms. Also, the hotel should either hand out hotel rules to all guests during check in or paste it inside the rooms.

Restaurant fooding quality very poor not satisfied. I think hotel management improve food quality and items

Good location. Room lights are a bit low and needs improvement. Service was good and the behaviour of the staff is very appreciable.

Good location, good food, good employees, but gym was not working, overall experience was good if the gym component is ignored

Great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good and clean place to stay. Very near netralaya eye hospital which makes it very convenient to stay here.
