Fabulous Hotel with 5 star amenities and furnishings. Incredible value for money. In excellent location, off the main ***** but walking distance to everything. Bed is incredibly comfortable. High class linens and towels. So many lovely touches in the room. Pool is very clean. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Absolutely the best boutique Hotel ever! Recently remodeled and fabulous. They thought of everything to make our stay wonderful. Very quiet, staff is very professional and helpful. Even have a Keurig coffee maker, Close in town and all activities and shopping. Love this place! Highly recommend.

This was the cutest place we stayed on a two week road trip of the southwest as a family of 4. We had a unit with a separate bedroom as well as a big bed in the main room. It was perfect for us and our teen/tween kids. The decor is just so cool and thoughtfully designed. Very Mad Men! Small but well appointed bathroom. All the conveniences like a Keurig coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, fridge, two TVs with cable and easy access to streaming apps. Beds were very comfy with good sheets. Such good value for money in an adorable town. Would definitely recommend this place to friends!

We had a great stay and would definitely return. We stayed in one of the two bedroom suites and the rooms were exactly as they appear in the website photos. Beds were very comfortable and TVs/coffee/etc. were high quality. Best of all, the staff and owner were very responsive and helpful. Kids loved the pool.

I have been staying here on an annual trip for about five years. The hotel is very cute, well maintained and the staff is very helpful. This time I had an issue with my travel and without going into detail, the woman at the front desk texted me that she had solved my problem. I didn’t even ask her to. Anyway, Kanab is central to so much of Southern Utah and the Quail Park Lodge makes staying there fun and easy. I will definitely be coming back next year.

This was our second stay. We were so glad they had just opened again for the season. We had a cheerfully decorated room with a very comfortable king-size bed and a great working fridge, microwave, TV and WiFi. Everything was very clean. I loved my first great tasting cup of coffee in the morning in our room. Managers are so helpful and very friendly. Hope to stay there again soon.

I stayed here as a solo traveler, for two nights, and really could not have been more pleased. What my room lacked in size-it was relatively small-it more than made up for in character. And it’s obvious that Robin and Vins, who are the property’s caretakers/innkeepers, really care about accommodating their guests. There’s a small pool that kids seem to love. The beds are super comfortable. The decor is quirky and personal and I loved it. There were lots of little details that really make this a special experience. How often can you say that about a motel? Kanab is a really small town and it’s made easier to navigate by the free cruisers that you can take out from the motel. I highly recommend this as a place to stay for a good night’s sleep, a good breakfast, and really personalized and accommodating service.

What a great motel in Kanab. The rooms were really fun retro, very clean, comfortable, and a good size. The bed was very comfy. Even though it is located on the main street, there was no street noise. It is centrally located within walking distance to a few very good restaurants. The hosts are super personable and very accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again when in Kanab.

Wonderful small retro-restored motel and super-helpful, friendly owners. The place looks tiny (the parking lot *is* small) but our room had an extension added in the back that made it into a mini-suite. Though it is right off the highway, the road noise died away nicely at night (through trucks and long-haulers don't seem to use that highway much). The decor is great -- modern and smart and cheerful. The beds were comfy, the mattress was great, sheets soft, towels clean, water hot . We loved it. And the personal kindness and great advice (like restaurants) from the owners was the best of all. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
