Very considerate service
The dinner was so rich. After eating, I took a hot spring bath and slept comfortably. On the second morning, I changed to the second hot spring, which has indoor and outdoor facilities on both sides. Breakfast is delicious. If I go to Kanazawa again, I will stay there again.

The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast. The varieties of dishes and presentation were great. They offered friendly and courteous services. One of the onsen was a bit under expectation in terms of size but it’s still good enough. We enjoyed our stay very much.

No one in the hotel understands English or Chinese, and a translator is needed for communication, which is very inconvenient. The dressing room only has a hair dryer, no face cream, and no moisturizer.
