The apartment is a studio apartment, one room with a modern bathroom and views of the city. No balcony the hotel has on-site parking for $25.

Remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and disposable slippers, but other amenities are provided. The balcony is nice, and while the bedroom isn't huge, the living room is quite spacious. The bathroom has two entry points and a bathtub, which is great for a soak. Both the room and living room air conditioning units work really well. The front desk service was good, but being rushed to check out by the cleaning staff wasn't a great experience. Overall, it's still excellent value for money, and the pool was open.

Walking distance to Story Bridge and the city center – a moderate stroll! There's an open-air observation deck on the rooftop, and the rooms are genuinely spacious with balconies offering both river and city views!

Restaurant staff were wonderful but meals were below average. No antre's at all on the menu and only 5 mains listed. Very small chicken parmy and very small serving of mediteranian lamb that was over salted. We left hungry and dissapointed as at no time were we informed of a restricted menu and there is no way possible a chef cooked those meals. No real chef would have let that leave the kitchen. Expensive carparking at the hotel that is extra so we opted to park in the street at risk.

We couldn’t fault the point hotel. The staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful even at busy times like New Years. The rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable and the roof top bar and restaurant were lovely. We will absolutely stay again. The only feedback I’d mention is the toiletries provided (soap/ hand wash and shampoo/conditioner combined were pretty average and not what was pictured in the advertisement. Otherwise this was an incredible stay.

Booked for one night but ended up extending our stay.
The staff were polite and helpful and the location was great, a short taxi or ride into the centre of the city. We even watched the new years fireworks from the rooftop bar and had a great view.
Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel was nice, the shower pressure was pretty poor.
There was hair still in the shower. What might have been ********** in the bath and shower.
I had 2 espresso martini’s from another room added to my overall bill…

Fab hotel. Fab staff. Super close to everything you would want and need and amenities great! Will be back here when we come back to Brisbane!
