The hotel's atmosphere was also pleasant, with clean and comfortable rooms, ensuring a relaxing and peaceful stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, amazing food, and a warm, welcoming environment. Our recent stay at regenta inn luxinna heights mcleodganj left us with mixed feelings. Situated in a bustling location, the hotel is relatively new and boasts cozy rooms. However, the balcony views were disappointing, lacking the charm we had hoped for. Our interaction with the manager at the reception was also a letdown. We booked our stay without meals included and inquired about complimentary breakfast or discounts upon arrival. Unfortunately, our request was denied. During checkout, we reiterated our request for a discount on the meals we had, only to be told it was too late to accommodate our request, which felt frustrating given our initial inquiry. Overall, while the rooms were comfortable and the hotel itself was new, the lack of accommodating service regarding meals and the indifferent attitude of the manager overshadowed our experience. Our stay can be best described as average, with room for improvement in customer service and communication.

Regent Inn we have stayed with family for two nights the service was very good morning view from the Balcony is good not great quality of food is very good and tasty sufficient car parking area Supportive staff every thing was perfect under the Rage of 4500/- plus range it's perfect hotel for family and friends

Beautiful hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast buffet really nice lots of choices. Had an evening meal, for such a large hotel prices very reasonable. Great service. Will be going back.

This hotel is new opened property Amazing food and polite staff . ...... Restaurant setup is so beautiful buffet food was excellent raste , mr.sachin provide local Tibetans and himachali food ............... ............ Restaurant team mr.sachin , Ashwani,Ankush, and all staff was very helpfull
