Very beautiful hotel...nicely laid out...pool area is outstanding...views from pool area are breathtaking...there are 2 restaurants - 1) serving Italian cuisine; 2) serving multi-cuisine, called 'The Edge'...food quality in both the restaurants is very good...rooms are of top quality...we stayed in 'family room' which has 2 rooms at different floors with attached bathrooms...family room is nicely equipped with everything that a family may need...the view from either floors in this room is just okay...the room at the upper floor has a slightly better view.

We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, always greeting us with warm smiles and a willingness to assist. The resort itself is stunning, nestled amidst lush greenery with breathtaking views of the mountains. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. Waking up to the serene view from the balcony was truly a highlight of the trip. The food was another standout — the variety and quality of dishes at the on-site restaurant were excellent, with options to suit every palate. We especially enjoyed the local Himachali dishes, which added an authentic touch to our experience. The resort’s facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The peaceful atmosphere and thoughtfully designed spaces made it easy to relax and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Overall, Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala exceeded all expectations. Stay was excellent. The location is great with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious & the balcony gives added advantage. The staff is very courteous, specially the hotel staff. During breakfast, lunch or dinner, they go out of the way to serve you. The maintenance staff is also smiling all the time while doing their work. The food tastes very delicious, quality, quantity & presentation is perfect. Overall a great experience!

Deducting 1 star solely because of 1 rude Manager at F&B.
Lovely location, food and hospitality. Special mention to Manav, Mahesh, Kritika, Avinash and Santosh, for making our stay enjoyable, welcoming and warm. Manav made an excellent Lemongrass tea for my wife, Kritika made some very good elaichi tea, Manav ensured that all our needs were taken care of at the restaurant and Santosh ji lit up the room with her ever present smile. The entire staff was very warm and hospitable. The foodThere's only one bad memory that I have: there was some F&B manager that was constantly scolding his staff in front of the guests, in a very rude and harsh manner. I would request the management to please address this immediately as this reflects badly on the brand. Such kind of behaviour towards another human being is unacceptable.
All else was great. Good food, good staff and good environment.
