This is a fantastic hotel and I wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are very professional and friendly. Front desk staff were friendly and informative. The food was very good and service in the restaurant was the best.

Good hotel
Hotel is nice and far away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre which is a blessing. Rooms are nice but the beds are uncomfortable as it sinks in too much. The use of plastic bottles in rooms in greatly disappointing

We had an excellent stay with best western plus. Miss Jaspreet from the restaurant took care of us. Looking forward for more stays with Best western Plus. Well maintained rooms, Kids area and spa. Very close to all sightseeing places.......

The hospitality was impeccable, attention to details, the room’s view, was amazing and l felt rejuvenated.The location was away from the main market and perfect for a relaxing stay (though travelling in the evening was a little challenging).

We stayed for 3 days in this hotel and had the best experience. We booked 2 rooms with an amazing valley view...the service of this hotel was too notch and the hotel staff Bhupender, Diksha and Priya was very polite and helpful. The hotel is filled with amenities for everyone.

When we entered property was not less than paradise . We got a warm welcome at reception with welcome drinks & smiles all over . Without any late We were assisted towards our room . View of the valley from the room & cleanliness with superior interior stole our hearts . Breakfast was always upto the mark & staff was always supportive & very very sweet .
