Our stay at indraprastha was mesmerising with beautiful view from the balcony and serenity around us. Loved the hospitality of the staff. Only the breakfast was average, they can work on their breakfast buffet. Overall it was a memorable stay

We stayed at the Best Western Plus hotel from the 20th of September to 22nd September 2024. We found one staff at the restaurant by the name of Priya's look loke a kajol service exemplary. She is very hard working and served us with a heart. We are very satisfied with her service. We were four friends with wives. We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. The staff is extremely responsive and the facilities are all excellent. Very comfortable rooms- clean, practical and luxurious. The swimming pool is well maintained and a pleasant experience. The food is par excellence- be it Indian, Continental, or local food. We did the village walking tour with Ashu as our guide. It was very interesting and educative. The Kaleshwar Mahadev temple is worth a visit . We went for a picnic lunch at the Pong reservoir- were provided with a tasty packed lunch by the hotel. Also did Jwalaji temple. We had the local Dham food followed by Malai baraf- finger licking good. Yummy stuff. We also had a Ghazal evening by a local troupe- which was an interesting experience.

I traveled as honeymoon couple. Resort did all arrangements perfectly to make my stay memorable. Beautiful ❤️ and spacious rooms. We stayed in standard room. Very clean and maintained rooms. We stayed for one night on the way from Dalhousie to the Tithan Valley. We were upgraded to a suite in the new wing of the palace – dating to 2005(?). We had booked a room in the old(er) wing and are glad we didn’t stay there; the new wing is the way to go! The rooms are just a short walk from the parking area. And there were views of snow covered mountains from the grounds. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Our evening meal had to be ordered in advance, but as a result it was ready without a long wait and served to us in a high ceiling dining room. Breakfast was notable for the large portions and excellent omelette. Contrary to many reviews the swimming pool was full and other than the water temperature there was nothing to stop us having a swim. The manager was very pleasant and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
