Hotel is located 5 minutes from tellicherry railways station it’s right in the middle of the city access to autorickshaw and taxi is easy super speciality hospital next building the restaurant gave very good kerala meals car parking ample of it rooms and bathrooms are good like a 4 star hotel very neat and clean over all good

I paid ₹for 1 room night single occupancy & the hotel was charging ₹.2400/- inclusive of taxes & breakfast. Can you explain why & how you have charged me 3 times of the actual Tariff ! By the way your customer care sucks! The booking was for 29-30 and the booking was done on 29th.

Hotel was seemingly clean, food was good. Service was okay. Ac looks like it was never cleaned. We had to switch off the ac due to the dust in the ac. Kindly take steps to clean the filter periodically. Nothing else

Me and my wife stayed at navaratna inn for a day to attend a marriage. This is one of the best hotels that we have ever been to. The food quality at the restaurant deserves special mention. The food quality is really awesome and that too it is available at a reasonable price. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast from the restaurant and all of them were really awesome. I would recommend this hotel to all the travellers to thalassery.
