The check in experience was very smooth, frontline desk was extremely polite and helpful. Rhe room provided was also good, the room had some electric problem but on request they shifted immediately to another room. Ovwrall the stay was satisfying

Staff was helpful to provide urgent help when it was required middle of the night. But the two receptionist had a good giggle looking at my passport, unfortunately for them i caught them in action when i was away from the view. Have stayed here before, will not be staying here again.

The hotel is neat and clean. But if i compare with delhi, its almost equivalent to 3 star. The staff is also nice but food was terrible. Housekeeping didn't pick up 5 times whenever i called them. Had to ask reception to call housekeeping. For our short stay, it was fine but pricey. It ain't worth 6k per day.
