The original room they gave me was completely dirty. The toilet bowl was disgusting, the bed had hair and other debris on it. They put me in a 2nd room, which the manager walked in to review. It was much cleaner but had a lot of damage, a bug trap, and still dirty. I said it was better. After she left, I had to kill 2 cockroaches. The fire alarm went off too. I was concerned about it being a real emergency bc of the sketchy people in and around the building so I called the front desk to ask if it was a real emergency. He stated I don't know and hung up on me. The alarm went off, so I tried to call the front desk again to ask about it-no answer. I packed up my belongings to leave, I went to the front desk and nobody was there. I tried calling, still no answer. Finally a customer came in, I went back to my room to try calling front desk from that phone. No answer. When I went back to the front desk, the worker was helping the customer. I stated I felt unsafe and killed cockroaches in my room so I'm leaving. He apologized, didn't offer a refund- I didn't want to wait to discuss a refund bc I was so shaken up.
