This was a great hotel for the price. Clean, comfortable and friendly. The kitchen was wonderful! Breakfast was good, with great options and fresh food. I loved the option of tortillas for a breakfast burrito. Cindy does a great job running the kitchen!

The front desk staff for the most part is amazing. Courtney was not the most pleasant but Shania and Elizabeth rocked it at every encounter. The general manager Paige, I believe was her name, is clueless and has no clue how to run the front desk let alone a hotel. She is in the wrong line of work. But again Shania came in clutch always covering it up and cleaning up both their errors. Cindy and her breakfast is amazing. The weekend breakfast staff lady is a no for me. Very rude. But overall I enjoyed my stay and the rooms were clean and perfect.

The staff is amazing. Shania and Elizabeth at the front desk are absolutely phenomenal. Erica in housekeeping is the best I’ve ever seen and is always willing to help and make sure you have what you need. Cindy in breakfast was the kindest person I have ever met and very attentive. Food was amazing.

Great staff and housekeeping. Shania, Elizabeth, Erica, and Cindy were all amazing. Each encounter I had with any staff member was amazing along side the ones named above. Teresa was amazing and friendly as well. I appreciate how everyone made sure our stay was comfortable.

I found a pee stain on my pillow the pizza roles were cold the breakfast was flavorless the eggs were watery I found sealed vodka and a half drank water bottle other than that I guess it was okay I liked the fact that YouTube existed the pool was way to small

I stayed here 25 years ago so when I booked my trip, the choice was simple. Although the staff is different, we found them to be very friendly and attentive. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is good. I will stay here any time that I am in KC. I have and will continue to recommend Fairfield Inn to anyone I can. Thank you for making our vacation time a joy.

The breakfast was really good and the cook (Becky) was really kind and helped my boyfriend and I figure out a plan for our day! They had good sausage, eggs, and bagels! I appreciate the cozy and modern aesthetic of the hotel, the design and layout are nice and clean. The hotel staff are also kind, although the pool was closed when we first got here.

!BUYER BEWARE! This property epitomizes the term "deceptive business practices. We travelled here for a momentous 50th birthday trip. I reserved our 3-night stay at The Fairfield Inn & Suites Liberty, MO because it was the only property in its price point that has BOTH a hot tub and a heated pool. We arrived and checked in for our reservation and the desk attendent told us that the pool and whirlpool are closed UFN. When these ammenities were taken offline - for whatever reason - Management should have been proactive and emailed or texted folks with reservations and offered either a substantial discount OR fee-free cancellation. They did NOT do so. Additionally, the vent fan above our toilet leaks cold water on our backs when we use said toilet! -2 Stars due to dishonest business practices and Front Desk attitude upon check in. DO NOT BOOK A RESERVATION HERE.

Rooms here are small and hallways very narrow, but our stay was pleasant. Staff was efficient and friendly. For a quick overnight stopover on a long road trip, this hotel works out well. Best to avoid the eggs at breakfast though!
