This place was an absolute beautiful place to stay and in a great area. The only unfortunate thing was that we had booked a room with a king bed and when given our room key we were in a room with two queens. Which, wasn’t a big deal, but there was a price difference between the king and the queen bed. We had went downstairs just to make sure we were in the right room and told that all of their king rooms had been filled, but then also said they could try and put us somewhere else. Which didn’t make a lot of sense because where else could they put us if all their rooms with king size beds were full? And we said we were okay with being in the room. Whenever we received our receipt through ******* we were still charged for a king size room. The guest services tried to contact the hotel to see about getting a refund for the difference in price for not being in the King Size room, and no one would contact them back. I’m more than willing to be accommodating in situations like this, but what I don’t appreciate is being charged for a room that I didn’t stay in. Which is really unfortunate because it is a beautiful hotel!
