As we drive up to the hotel I was concerned: on a dead-end, over-grown, and run-down area. Approaching the entry/registration it was very dingy and unappealing to be kind. We were directed to ‘door 6’ and as we pulled around to the parking area there were numerous rusted shipping containers, some open, others closed, several vehicles seemingly inoperable (junked). I requested we preview the accommodation before unloading. The door was awful… going inside was a dirty odor.. tenement… the room was just nasty. We left, received our refund. This inn is a disgrace to Quality Inns and has shaken our confidence in booking them.
